A NUMBER OF FEES IN THE EURASIAN PATENT ORGANIZATION WILL CHANGE FROM FEBRUARY 1, 2025.
Due to inflationary processes and exchange rate volatility, fees related to Eurasian applications and patents for inventions have been increased, including for
- Filing of applications;
- Examination;
- making additions and amendments;
- filing oppositions;
- extension of missed deadlines, restoration of rights, etc.
The single procedural fee and the basic fee for the substantive examination of an application will be 60,000 rubles (~ 600 USD). More details on the new fees can be found in the «Regulations» under the link below.
